The Matterhorn Inn has its own restaurant. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two, good food, or a place that your kids will love, Chopin Restaurant is just the place. We serve American and European cuisine. No matter what you're in the mood for, Chopin's Restaurant serves everything from Black Angus steak to pan seared pork to kielbasa and pierogi. It's a great place to get a meal and to catch up with old friends. With Chopin's classical music playing in the background, you're definitely in for a relaxing evening. Don't forget to have an after dinner drink by the fireplace in our Great room.

Once a month, Chopin Restaurant would like to introduce you to a Polish Kitchen. Enjoy a delicious menu of only Polish food. Try our all-you-can-eat buffet with home-made foods such as kielbasa, pierogi, golabki (stuffed cabbage) and lots more. Every item on the buffet comes from the family recipes made by OUR family. Along with visiting Vermont, you can get a taste of Poland.
