Blues on the Blue Brook is an event with has been growing at the Matterhorn with the Deerfield Valley Blueberry Festival. Join us to enjoy the Blue Brook Barbecue & Buffet. We

Living History Association and the Matterhorn Inn have teamed up to bring you some creative events but also some historic events as well. These events will be spread out thought out the month of Auguest and will have plenty of action and interaction with history. The first event will be held on 8/13-8/15 and will be World War II Interpretive Event. Followed up by Roman Army Encampment & Display 8/20-8/22. These two events will lead up to the Civil War Event which will take place on 8/27 – 8/29 and will consist or a full encampment and battle plan. These events are all a great way to not only learn history but to be live and be a part of history.

The Matterhorn Inn welcomes you to come step in the the past of the 1930’s with the Pontiac Flathead Vintage Car reunion. These restored Pontiac’s will be rolling in to town on the September 9, 2010 and will be Availble for showing to the pubilc on Saturday
September 11, 2010. Not only will these cars be dressed up from the past but so will the drivers. This event will be a blast from the past and fun for the whole family.

This is an all time event and features full encampments, living history displays, and demostrtions. This is the second year this event has been hosted at the Matterhorn Inn and is a great way to spend the weekend learning something new from something so old. Play about Dover's history at the Dover School, Fireworks at Mount Snow. Saturday October 2nd: Parade and street fair along Route 100 starting at 11 a.m. Historical Society will be open that day. Sunday October 3rd: Church Services at the Dover Town Hall, Brunch
